HALLOWEEN COUTURE MAKE UP IDEAS

One of the most fun things about being human is to play dress up.
And there's no fonder time to do it than on Hallow's eve.
It's a time to be silly, be the one whom you've always dreamed of becoming
and it's the best time to achieve a creative masterpiece.

Hong Kong holds the best Halloween parties but
Lan Kwai Fong surely gets unbearably crowded, not to mention,
strutting the streets was never an easy task.
Now, these make up ideas won't require you to wear
huge props but it wasn't made to disappoint either.
So think about it and maybe you could get inspired to belong
yet you don't have to sacrifice your comfort during the entire night.

Enjoy!
